Ti Whistles

I have a handful of titanium whistles left over from last year's batch which I finally have completed. There are a few plain satin and some blue anodized ones for $100 shipped. I also have a couple of tropical anodized ones for $115 shipped. Whistles are all gone guys! I'm still sorting through the emails but I have about 50 emails and only 15 whistles so these are definitely all spoken for. Than...

Atwood Knife and Tool Museum

This is still a work in progress but I thought that having a separate site devoted exclusively to pictures might be a nice idea. This way I can post older stuff that is no longer available, stuff from the past, one of a kind things, items from my own collection, customer's pictures, etc.Atwood Knife & Tool Mus...

Taking the Weekend Off

I know, it's a novel idea but I think I'm not going to do a darned thing this weekend except drink beer, watch football and have some good food. :) See you all on Monday and I swear I WILL be getting more sheaths done next week for the few wharncliffe Boogers that I have finished and for the 1 dozen SOPTHings. I have a few more RingThings coming as well. Also a handful of MSOPTHings will be coming in about two weeks but they haven't even been cord wrapped yet so they are further o...

RingThings!

These are similar to the SharkTooth knife that I did this past spring. Also closely related to the RingLeader tool. The full specs are in the description on my site, link is below:First wave is SOLD OUT. Thanks very much folks and all will be shipping tomorrow. BTW, I'd be interested to hear in the comments section on this thread or by email from anyone who did not receive a shipping confirmation from Paypal when I created the shipping label. It seems sometimes they don't send a confirmation out but they are supposed to...

How New Releases Will Be Done

I will be posting new releases in brand new threads on this blog each and every time. So let's say I do a release of an item such as the batch of Son of PryThings below. Once they are sold out I will take away the link and that will be the end of it. If I have more SOPTHings or when I have the next release of the next item ready to go I will make a brand new announcement each time. Hope that makes it clear for everyone...I think it is the easiest and clearest way to go about ...

How to Sign up for RSS Feed?

I'm not a big blog watcher so I don't know all the ins and outs of it doing the RSS feed (RSS feeds send you an alert when a blog has been updated). However, I'm sure someone will pipe up in the comments on this thread and give some specifics. Or you can Google the question and find out easily I'm sure... I do know that if you go down the right hand column of this page it will show you a button that says "Syndicate" and that's one way to get to the sign up optio...

Son of PryThings

Full sized Son of PryThings with kydex sheath and mini teklok. This is a small release. Will have more in the coming weeks and also many more knives so no worries if you miss this batch. SOLD OUT! Thanks very much folks, I really appreciate it! And I appreciate you bearing with me while I get this new system figured out. It worked very smoothly indeed and it's an easy way to get the word out to everyone fairly and at the same time....

Buying a New Computer this Morning

My computer is blowing off every 15 minutes or so. It was pretty stable for the past few weeks but now is blowing off constantly and giving me the blue screen of death...thought it might be an overheating fan issue or power supply but just not sure. Anyway, will be out shopping this morning for a new machine. Not sure if the release of SOPTHings will be today or not after all because of this delay...sorry fol...

Yo Mac Users

What is the feature that is built into the browsers that makes it so that if you leave a page up it automatically refreshes the page every minute or whatever interval you set it at? Is it in the browser or an add on or what exactly is it? Because that is the culprit in a lot of these cases where my website traffic is running into the thousands of hits per day.Nevermind, seems it could be any machine and browser. And there's a lot of options for doing that sort of thing. But it's a moot point now because this blog will be only way anyone will be...

The Scoop: The Demise of Available Tools

OK, I've asked in the past that people not run software (also known as robot services) that checks my website every minute of every day. It runs up my bandwidth hugely. I have had some even recently who are running up several tens of thousands of accesses per week. And then there are some people who just check by hand, refreshing the site hundreds or thousands of time per day. While I greatly appreciate the fandom and interest in my products (I really really do!) it causes troubles on the site and my site admin gives me a very hard time about it....

Update 9/8

OK, I will be doing some full sized SOPTHings this week. Not likely to be done before Friday though so please shut off your web site checking robots folks and put away those twitchy refresh tapping fingers. Nothing else will be released this week. My traffic for the month has already used up 1/4 of my transfer allowance and even without checking my statistics I have no doubt it's because a bunch of you folks are hammering on the site waiting for knives to come up. Look guys, I have tons of knives coming this fall, and I do mean tons. The full sized...
