Shearling love

It was love at first sight when I saw this coat hanging at Zara. I love shearling for this upcoming fall. I paired it with a vintage pants, a Mango denim shirt, a Queens road bag and Jessica Simpson Dany platforms. And I found these fantastic animal rings at H&M, aren't they adorable?
Hope you all had a nice weekend! This week is my first week of studying again so I am saying goodbye to all the days I got the chance to sleep out.. But I am looking forward to seeing everybody again and getting back to real life and continuing pursuing my dreams of working in fashion. Wednesday I am going to a collection presentation from Only and I have some other nice things on my agenda, like a collaboration with a fashion stylist in Madrid, which I will tell you later on!

And these are a couple of photos from the photoshoot I did for Only in Copenhagen! All items I wear are Only, except for the accessories and shoes, and are styled by me. I love the skirt and jacket from the first photo and the studded dress in the last group photo is amazing as well! Hope you guys like it! Have a great weekend!
Making Good Progress

Hi Folks,
I'm making good progress on current projects even though everything seems frustratingly slow. As viewers of the Atwood Toolbook section on Facebook already know, I am working on a brand new run of whistles, first release will be in titanium and then in a few weeks the later releases will be in stainless steel. There will not be any in damascus and due to the busy design there will not be any fancy patterns either. Hoping to have the first wave completed next week.
Also in progress is a new variation of the Ghost tool which will be called the Poltergeist. I have an updated G3 Prybaby about to be cut next week, called the G5 Prybaby. At heat treat right now and due back anytime is a good sized batch of Lock Nut Monster wrenches. I'm still waiting on sheaths for the Snakebite knives from my sheathmaker friend up in Canada...Dace knives have been ground and are just waiting for the last cleanup operation before heading to heat treat. Larva tools are awaiting milling. And I have one more tool in the Creature series that's about to be cut next week as well, the NutCrocker.
So, as you can see, there is just a ton of stuff happening but nothing is popping just yet. Should be a different picture by the end of next week. So in the meantime, hope everyone has a terrific long weekend and some well deserved rest! :)

The collection will go on sale on November 23. I am curious to see what Alber Elbaz will design! We can sneek a peek on November 2, when the collection will be revealed to the world through a special film. The film will be available for all to see online at www.hm.com.

Farewell Summer, welcome Fall

I think summer is at it's end. This was a picture from about a week ago when things were different and the sun was still shining and it was a bit warmer. I was wearing a H&M garden dress, vintage hat with flowers from H&M and Urban Outfitters shoes.
Now the temperature is dropping and it's time to think about the upcoming fall.
But I love it, because I like Fall/ Winter clothes more than Summer clothes. They give you the change to start layering and thinking more creative about different combinations. Actually, I did some shopping yesterday with fall in my mind and bought a very nice shearling coat from Zara, which I wil show you guys later. Have a nice day!
